STEPS

  1. For each “Monster,” cut cream-filled cake in half crosswise. Place bottom half cut side up, on dessert plate. Center scoop of ice cream on cake; top with second cake half, chocolate-frosting side up.
  2. For eyes, spoon two small globs of marshmallow topping onto top of cake; center candies in middle of topping. For legs, squirt chocolate sauce onto plate in squiggly lines beginning at base of cake. Serve immediately.
