Mint Chip Monster

INGREDIENTS
- 1 small, flat, round chocolate-covered cream-filled cake
- 1 small scoop Breyers® All Natural Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
- Marshmallow topping
- 2 candy-coated chocolate candies
- Chocolate syrup in squirt bottle
STEPS
- For each “Monster,” cut cream-filled cake in half crosswise. Place bottom half cut side up, on dessert plate. Center scoop of ice cream on cake; top with second cake half, chocolate-frosting side up.
- For eyes, spoon two small globs of marshmallow topping onto top of cake; center candies in middle of topping. For legs, squirt chocolate sauce onto plate in squiggly lines beginning at base of cake. Serve immediately.
